Workpackages and their Impact

To facilitate the organisation and management, NEWMEDS is structured in workpackages (WPs)which together comprise the project. Each WP has an Academic Lead and a Deputy Lead from EFPIA. Together they are responsible for the management and outcome of their WP.

The figure below depicts the potential impact of the project on the drug development process. It shows how through their key Deliverables the WPs will impact the different stages of drug development.
